RingCentral Login, SSO

Full users: Users who have a phone on their desk that displays their name (not position/location), and/or users who have a direct line associated with their name.

Limited users: Users who have shared phone lines, message-only voicemail boxes, or use phones designated for public/shared areas.

Full users, please follow these instructions to log into your RingCentral applications:

1. Open up RingCentral (RingCentral Glip) on your PC or phone

2. Select "Single Sign-on," the last option at the bottom of the page

3. Enter your work email address. Ticking the "Remember email" box is fine. Click Submit

4. You will see one of two screens, shown below, but the information entered will be the same:

COP\username (usually firstinitiallastname but this may not always be true). Note, that is a backslash after COP, which is usually above the "Enter" key on your keyboard.

Password is the same as what you use to log into your computer account/email

5. Once logged in from here, you will be able to access RingCentral's instant messaging "Glip", phone line access to send/receive calls or text, access to voicemail, access to RingCentral Meetings, and the corporate directory for all city users who have signed up. 

6. You must confirm your emergency address to use the outbound call feature. Do not make any changes to the address listed, and do not make emergency calls from your RingCentral line if you are not located at the address listed. It is a legal requirement to have these addresses on file.
