Adding a Public Folders calendar to Favorites

This is for Calendars which are stored centrally as a Public Folder, such as the Buildings Inspections and Fire Vacations calendars.

First, go to the ... menu at the bottom left of your Outlook window, click it, and select "Folders". (This might look slightly different on a Surface or similar device with a smaller screen; in those condensed views the icons are arranged vertically.)

Scroll down the list until you see "Public Folders - your.email@address.here". Expand All Public Folders, then the department the calendar is for, and find your calendar (Building Inspections, in this demo)

Right-click the calendar and select "Add to Favorites" from the flyout menu

Leave everything as default and hit Add

You can now find the calendar with the rest of your calendars, on the Calendar tab, under the Other Calendars heading.
