RingCentral Meetings

The RingCentral Meetings app, once installed and *logged in, allows users to start instant meetings, schedule and invite other people to meetings, join scheduled meetings, and share your screen. Users can also view upcoming scheduled meetings, and start meetings from this platform as a host.

*This application sometimes has login issues while connected to Netmotion. If you are getting an red-text error about network connectivity, please try disconnecting Netmotion and signing in again.

RingCentral for Outlook

This add-in shows up on the right side of Outlook's taskbar. Once installed and signed in, RingCentral for Outlook allows users from the various tabs to: dial in/out from their RingCentral line, view call history, check voicemail, text messages, and faxes, view the city directory of contacts and their availability, schedule a meeting directly through Outlook, schedule conference calls, and change user settings.

RingCentral Meetings for Outlook

This add-in shows up on the left side of Outlook's taskbar. Once installed, it provides as a quick link to the RingCentral Meetings app and interacts directly with Outlook's platform to send meeting invites and/or start meetings.
